A fine pair of Qing Dynasty style, Republic Period hand-painted porcelain landscape plaques in Hongmu frames, circa 1920.
These beautiful plaques were created in the Jingdezhen region, such as those painted by the members of the "Eight Friends of Zhushan" this pair of plaques are decorated in the style of the acclaimed artist, Wang Yeting.
The plaques each depict an enchanting scene of misty mountains amidst lakes and scattered with pagodas, bridges, and farmers at work. They are finely hand-painted on porcelain plaques and housed in the original Hongmu frames. Each porcelain plaque having a passage of poetry in Chinese calligraphy, with the artist's chop mark or seal in red. 
Condition is excellent, these very attractive plaques are ready to hang on your wall and grace your space.
