Antique Folk Painted German Bohemian Wedding / Marriage / Dowry Cabinet / Armoire, circa 1820

A very good antique example of a German Folk Art painted marriage/dowry cabinet /  armoire, circa 1820. The painted cabinet having all the original polychrome decoration, to the top of the cabinet is a stepped crown. The powder blue background painted with floral panels, the single locking door decorated with large twin painted panels of flowering vases, the interior of the cabinet is fitted with four original shelves.

The cabinet is in excellent condition, all the paint decoration is intact and original, the armoire is ready to grace your home.
