A good large antique Arts & Crafts oak library or conference, dining table, circa 1900.
This substantial & very well made Arts & Crafts table dates to around 1900, the top is inlaid with a type of original brown faux leather, made from treated linen, which is very hard wearing & will tolerate heat and water from plates and glasses. The linen surface is inset into the top within a border, the table is raised on five legs making this a very stable & sturdy table, the legs having rectangular panels to the top and taper to block feet.
The table will comfortably seat 8-10 people, condition is excellent, the table is made from solid white oak retains the original finish aw arm mellow honey color, the table has just lovingly received a wax polish in Bloomsbury's professional workshops.
