A good antique dome top German immigrant chest/trunk/blanket box, circa 1850.
The locking dome top having the original working lock and key and enclosing a single till with a hinged lid, the chest made of yellow pine and of dovetailed construction throughout. Nice mellow patina and in very good condition.
