A good, original, Art Deco bronze statue by Pierre Le Faguays (1892-1962), circa 1925. The bronze depicting a lovely young lady dancing with cymbals, the bronze is raised on the original variagated marble base and is signed "Fayral" (one of a number of pseudonyms used by Le Faguays).
Pierre Le Faguays studied at the l'ecole Des Beaux Arts and is widely recognized as one of the chief exponents of the Art Deco figural style, the bronze is in very good condition.
