Antique 19th Century Archaic Style Bronze Tripod Ding Censer. The censer purporting to be a Ding from the late Shang Dynasty (c.1600-1046 BCE), but more likely an 18th or 19th Century homage to antiquity. The ding of circular form and having twin stirrup-shaped handles, the body of the censer having archaic figural decoration and standing on a tripod base, each leg having incised decoration.
