Antique Inlaid Mahogany Sheraton Regency Revival Sheet Music Filing Cabinet 1890

A fine tall antique Sheraton Regency Revival inlaid mahogany music or filing cabinet, circa 1890.

This very elegant cabinet is made from high quality figured mahogany, the top having a cabinet door with four square glass panels, enclosing a single shelf and retaining the original satin fabric lining.
Below are six drawers with checkerboard satinwood inlaid, each drawer is fitted with twin original brass handles. Each drawer has a hinged front that drops down to allow documents or sheet music to the inserted or removed with ease.
The cabinet is raised on four tapered legs with curved brackets and spade feet. Condition is remarkably good, the cabinet retains the original finish, all the glass and hardware is original, this very elegant antique cabinet is ready to grace your space.
