A fine antique Edwardian Regency Revival mahogany inlaid marquetry corner cabinet circa 1890.
This fine quality corner cabinet is made from flame mahogany and is inlaid with satinwood. To the top is a "swan's neck' pediment, inlaid with floral satinwood marquetry. Below is a single door with astragal glazing, around the door the cabinet has inlay with classical urns, bowed garlands, bellflowers and foliate. The door encloses two shelves.
The base with a solid door inlaid with an urn and garlanded foliate, the door enclosing a single shelf and is surrounded by neoclassical inlay. The cabinet is raised on tall shaped bracket feet.
Condition is very good, this very elegant antique corner cabinet is ready to grace your space.
