A rare and large Copeland Spode blue and white porcelain lazy susan set in the "Italian" pattern on a wooden turntable, circa 1880.
The set comprises four hemi-spherical serving dishes, each with a handled lid and a central tall circular tureen, also with a handled lid. Each piece is in a pattern inspired by the Italian countryside and having a finley detailed border in an Imari pattern, this pattern has been in production since 1816.
The set is housed on the original circular mahogany footed turntable, each piece is marked in blue to the underside "Copeland Spode's Italian England", condition is excellent no damage or repair.
