Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty Buddhistic Shrine/Cabinet, circa 1900. The shrine having a domed removable top with a storage reservoir below, the cabinet is lavishly decorated and hand painted with cranes, clouds, bats, and other symbols of good fortune and happiness. the top of the cabinet having a circular cloisonné panel and flanked by a pair of double happiness symbols. Below is a carved cinnabar panel with Imperial figures and flanked by a pair of doors with flowering vases, to the center is a larger pair of doors to receive a Buddhistic figure.
