Fine Antique Rococo Brass Desk/Writing Set with Postal Scale, Finland 1891. The desk set made of brass and very finely engraved in the Rococo style, retaining all of its original elements, including inkwell & pen rest, postal scale, letter rack, stamp safe, ink blotter, etc. The base of the set having an inscription in Finnish with the words, "A memorial from the students of the Oulu School of Economics" and dated November 11, 1891. 

This desk set most likely is Russian and then was inscribed later in Finland.
