A good antique American Empire period mahogany freestanding cheval mirror, New York, circa 1830.
The mirror having twin large urn shaped turned finials to the top of a pair of octagonal columns, the columns are fitted with removable brass candle sconces with a 'barley twist' design embellished with leaves. To the center is a large rectangular swing mirror, the mirror is raised on twin scroll supports with a shaped skirt to the middle.
Condition is very good indeed, this very elegant mirror is ready to grace your home.
