An antique Persian late Safavid or early Qajar period Islamic Cuerda Seca Pottery tile, circa 1780. The tile of square form with a cream ground and polychrome decoration of a musician playing a Persian Tar, a stringed instrument of the mid 1700s.

Condition is good, minor nibbles to the edges.
