The inlay is composed of native timbers such as Hinoki (Japanese cypress), Keyaki (Japanese Elm), and Kurogaki (Black Persimmon). The two front swinging doors with the original lock and key, pull back to reveal a multi-drawer miniature storage chest containing six inner drawers with brass bail handles.
