A modern Italian sculpture made entirely by hand in the furnace on the island of Murano, by celebrated glass master Dino Rosin (Italian b. 1948), with glass techniques in solid, crystal and chalcedony glass (Italian glass technique fusing colored, opaline, Iridescent and cristallo glass, first used in the mid 15th Century) Vetro Molato (cut glass in Italian) and polished by hand.

The sculpture depicts a a pair of Cycladic style heads engaged in a kiss, each head having multi-colored striated decoration, the work is etched with Rosin's signature and also having his applied glass seal to the black glass rectangular plinth. Condition is excellent.
