Antique English George III Mahogany 8-Day Longcase/Grandfather Clock by Clement Gowland of Sunderland, Circa 1780. The clock having a flamed mahogany case with a urn finial to the top and a pierced crown below. The clock having a white painted dial with a oval panel depicting a maiden in repose and surrounded with flowering garlands. The clock having a secondary and calendar dial, striking the hours on a bell. The clock recently cleaned and overhauled.
