Antique Chinese Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) Jade & Carnelian Ruyi/Scepter. The scepter having a jade arm decorated with gilded copper panels, the cloud or "lingzhi" shaped head of the scepter is finely decorated with embossed cranes and the panel to the middle is decorated with twin fish, lanterns, and a bat. The scepter having two carnelian cabochons set in gilded metal rings and engraved with Chinese characters. The back of the scepter having a turned knop.
