A fine & large pair of antique Chinese Qing dynasty export porcelain Famille Rose chargers, circa 1850.
Each charger of octagonal shape with borders decorated with panels of floral and lattice decoration, others with auspicious decorations of bats for good fortune symbols. The center of each charger decorated with Mandarin landscapes, featuring female courtiers and pavilions surrounded with pine and prunus trees. The chargers are finely painted in luminous enamels, to the rear each plate having a six character red honorific Ming mark, the chargers date from the late Qing dynasty circa 1850.
These are very large and substantial chargers, both are in excellent condition, with no damage or restoration.
