Mid Century Modern Danish teak credenza, sideboard, cabinet, designed by Poul Hundevad (1917-2011) , circa 1970.

Poul Hundevad (1917-2011) was a Danish furniture designer known for his elegant and functional designs. He was born in Denmark and trained as a cabinetmaker before starting his own furniture workshop in the 1940s.

This twin sliding door Danish Credenza is made from teak and lined to the interior with blond maple, to the left side is a single adjustable shelf and one drawer to the underside, the right side has two adjustable shelves.
The cabinet has the "Danish Furniture Makers Control" decal to the inside and Hundevad's makers stamp to the rear.
This cabinet has just been professionally refinished in Bloomsbury's workshops to the original manufacturer's standard. It would be excellent used as storage or for HiFi, records or just to place your televison on!
