A very beautiful Persian carpet from the city of Kashan in the northern province of Isfahan, Kashan carpets date back for hundreds of years and are known for their fine handwoven designs with lustrous wool.
This very beautiful Kashan carpet has a subtle red ground with an allover design with blossoms & flowers, and a deep blue border with an intertwined floral pattern, the design is very finely drawn. The  carpet is oversize sometimes referred to as palace size, 16.25' long x 10' wide, the carpet is in very good condition & has just been professionally cleaned and is ready to grace your floor.
