Antique English Georgian Sterling Silver William Bateman Christening Cup, 1825

A good antique Georgian sterling silver & silver gilt christening cup/mug, William Bateman I, London, 1825.

The handled cup having a tankard shape and concentric ribbing to the top and base, the mug having a shaped handle and a silver gilt interior. Stamped with a full set of Marks for London and William Bateman's mark and the date letter for 1825. The mug is free of any engraved monogram and is in good condition, silver weight is 92 grams.
