An all original Mid Century Modern "Palo Alto" leather & chrome lounge chair, by Byron Botker, and produced by Landes Manufacturing Co, California, circa 1970.
This iconic lounge chair designed was by Byron Botker and produced by Landes Manufacturing Co., Circa 1970. Composed from an oversized chromed tubular frame supporting a black leather sling seat. The leather is original and both the chair base and leather sling seat are in great condition.
The design was featured in the CA Design 11 exhibition in 1971 and is part of the permanent collection of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
