A good Mid Century Modern Danish teak desk, Skovby Møbelfabrik, 1970.
The desk is made from well figured teak, on the left side is a bank of three drawers, the desk is joined with a 'T' shaped stretcher. The desk has 'exposed' tenons to the top of the legs, to the underside of the desk is the manufacturer's decal,  "Skovby Møbelfabrik", the company was founded by Thorvald Rasmussen and is still operated by his grandchildren.
Condition is very good indeed, the desk provides plenty of space & has a broad wrtiting surafce, the desk has just been lightly & professionally repolished in Bloomsbury's workshops, just to refresh the original finish.
