A fine & large antique 'Sevres' porcelain three piece garniture, circa 1880.

The garniture comprising a pair of candelabra and a large jardiniere centerpiece, each candelabrum having four branches decorated with garlands and chains, to the top a flamed shaped finial. The vasiform porcelain bases with a gilded cobalt blue ground with handpainted panels to the front of Neo-Classical scenes and to the rear of birds in a bucolic landscape & with musical instruments to the foreground. The candelabra having twin gilt bronze handles mounted with grotesque masks, both raised on gilt bronze bases decorated with acanthus leaves and circular feet. The Jardiniere centerpiece of large size and mounted in a gilt bronze armature, to both the rear and front handpainted with large panels of figures in 17th century style costume in the style of Antoine Watteau 'fetes galantes". The centerpiece having large gilt bronze handles modeled as caryatids, with handpainted flowers to the interior, the jardiniere raised on gilt bronze acanthus leaf legs terminating to cloven hoof feet.

Condition is very good indeed, no damage or restoration, a superb investment quality garniture.
