Antique Queen Anne Burl Walnut Bookcase / Bureau / Secretary Desk, Circa 1710. The bookcase in two sections and of diminutive form, having a top with a stepped cornice with a single beveled and shaped mirrored door enclosing three adjustable shelves and three drawers. The base having a candle slide above a fall-front enclosing a fitted interior with five drawers and various pigeon holes, inset with a velvet writing surface. The base having two short over three graduated long drawers and having the original brass handles and escutcheons, the bookcase raised on bracket feet.
