Antique English Late 17th Century Carved Oak Mule Chest / Coffer, circa 1680. The mule chest having a hinged lift-up lid enclosing a storage reservoir and decorated to the front with a pair of carved panels, the base having two drawers and corresponding carving. The chest dating from the Charles the II Restoration period and in good condition.
