Sold A spectacular antique Georgian marquetry bow-fronted Regency period corner cabinet in the Neoclassical style, circa 1800. The cabinet is profusely and sumptuously inlaid with specimen fruitwoods, rosewood and satinwood, the top having scrolling inlay with oval paterae and a central fruiting urn. The bow fronted doors both finely inlaid, the left door with a artist's palette and brushes and the right with a stringed harp, both surrounded by scrolling foliate inlay. The frame of the cabinet inlaid with bands of marquetry bellflowers, the cabinet having two shelves to the interior and raised on tapering block feet.
This splendid Georgian marquetry cabinet is in excellent condition and is ready to grace your home.
